“nuri WASARA,” lacquer-finished WASARA, has been released from “Sゝゝ,” a product brand by SIMPLICITY, led by Creative Director Shinichiro Ogata.

Infusing Japanese sensibility, cultivated through coexistence with nature, into “nuri WASARA”
The first in the “nuri” series, proposing new possibilities for lacquer, “nuri WASARA” offers a lineup of 24 items in total. This includes 12 popular WASARA paper tableware items, such as round and square plates, as well as cups and bowls, available in three finishes: glossy “Black,” deep and subdued “Tame,” and “Akebono,” a deep red with a hint of vermilion within black.
Colored with lacquer, cultivated through Japan’s climate, sensibility, and masterful techniques, “nuri WASARA” will be available from early December on the “Sゝゝ” online shop (shop.sss-s.jp).
