Experiential Workshop “ALESSI LAB #4 – The Cutlery Lab”
“ALESSI LAB” is an event that proposes the functions and enjoyment of ALESSI’s diverse products, like a laboratory, through demonstrations by professionals from various fields. The fourth installment focuses on “cutlery,” which boasts a rich variety and collection. Titled “CLOSE YOUR EYES and KISS YOUR CUTLERY,” it will be held at BAtoMA information starting October 31 (Friday).

Cutlery Collection Also on Display
ALESSI features a lineup of 12 artistic cutlery collections, designed by Italian design masters like Ettore Sottsass and Achille Castiglioni, as well as leading designers such as Marcel Wanders, Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec, and Jasper Morrison, and even world-renowned architects like Toyo Ito and Wiel Arets.
For the fourth “ALESSI LAB,” ALESSI collaborates with holiday, a unit that operates with the concept of “make everyday happy,” crossing over “food, design, and art.”
They will host a workshop called the “Blind Restaurant for a Full Course in One Spoon, One Fork.”

Established in 2010 by art director Shun Horide and chef Misa Horide, with the concept of “make everyday happy.” They are active centered around “food, design, and art,” engaging in art and food direction, catering services, event planning and management, and business partnerships with a Parisian design firm.
