51% TOKYO Opens in Kanda-Jimbocho
Kanda-Jimbocho, Tokyo: a district of secondhand bookstores, coffee shops, literature, and cafes.—Based in Toyama, in the Hokuriku region, the design office "51%: GOWARIICHIBU," primarily engaged in architectural design, has opened "51% Tokyo," a space for proposing a total lifestyle.

Open Commemorative Exhibition and Sale Until June 25 (Tue.)
"51%: GOWARIICHIBU" is a design office that undertakes architectural design for individual and commercial spaces, while also acting as a dealer selling furniture from Japan and abroad. They handle total style proposals, from coordinating furniture and accessories to graphics, for various spaces.
"51% Tokyo," which has opened in Jimbocho, offers architectural design services and sells furniture, interior accessories, antique goods, and books. The shop curates and presents a diverse range of items from products, crafts, antiques, and vintage pieces—anything deemed "beautiful"—from its unique perspective.
Until June 25 (Tue.),Yota Tsunoda, Kazuto Kobayashi (Owner of Roundabout/OUTBOUND), andOsamu Saruyama (Owner of Saruyama)are each responsible for displaying their respective shelves, showcasing and selling products. They plan to continue these curated exhibitions on a monthly basis.

Interior Loan
Introducing the "Interior Loan to Enjoy Life More," offered by Suruga Bank, a system for a wide range of end-users to purchase desired furniture through installment payments.
Selector's Select Shelf
Plans include temporary pop-up shops curated by various tastemakers, such as designers and gallery owners.
