"Sleeping Mermaid collection" to Launch in December
This year, S.T. Dupont, celebrating its 140th anniversary with ambitious releases like anniversary models for Audrey Hepburn and Humphrey Bogart, will launch the "Sleeping Mermaid collection" in December. This collection is a collaboration with Eiichiro Oda, the globally acclaimed manga artist behind "ONE PIECE."

Introducing Three Collections: Prime, Premium, and Prestige
Regarding this collaboration with S.T. Dupont, Eiichiro Oda commented: "When I was young, I heard that a lighter befitting a true gentleman was a Dupont. To be able to design one is the ultimate reward for an artist. What surprised me was the high level of skill from the artisans who transformed my vision into something even greater. Now, I finally understand what it means to be first-class, to be Dupont. I am grateful to everyone involved in the creation of these works."
For this collaboration, a new illustration titled "Sleeping Mermaid" was created. It depicts a mermaid curled up and sleeping at the bottom of the sea within a large pearl oyster, with a treasure-filled shipwreck in the background.

The Prime Collection features the Defi ballpoint pen, offering a smooth writing experience with "Easy-Flow Ink," and the popular compact Turbo lighter. Each item comes in an original box adorned with Oda's illustration.

The Premium Collection includes three items: the Line 2 lighter, a fountain pen, and a rollerball pen. Each piece is presented in an original black lacquer box featuring Oda's illustration.

The Prestige Collection features a fountain pen adorned with blue sapphires resembling bubbles and embellished with 18K solid gold, alongside a lighter shaped like the illustrated mermaid, also decorated with blue sapphires. Each item is housed in an original black lacquer box bearing Oda's illustration.
