Exquisite Ornamentation Reviving Baroque Style for Today

Marcel Wanders, known for his decorative and poetic creations, has masterfully blended his own decorative aesthetic with Christofle's traditional style.

The handles and the backs of the cutlery are intricately carved with a single line, reminiscent of a ballerina's legs clad in embroidered tights. The motifs of leaves, flowers, and curling vines are inspired by lush gardens.

Marcel Wanders says, "In creating this Jardin d’Eden, we gathered around the table, reflected quietly, and let ourselves drift with the flow. Our approach to this creation can be seen as an antithesis to the modern pace of life."

"Jardin d’Eden"

The concept behind "Jardin d’Eden" is quite simple: to create the most exquisite silverware that reconstructs nobility, sensuality, and poetic sensibility.

For this collection, Christofle has drawn upon its 180 years of expertise, experience, and success to create a new collection that evokes fond memories of bygone days without being overly nostalgic.

The harmony of embossed areas, smoothly shining silver surfaces, and fiber-like intertwined lines is the secret to Jardin d’Eden's beauty. One longs to hold it and be captivated by its ultimate beauty and the advanced techniques of Christofle's silversmiths.
