Displayed in a Series of Tableau-like Worlds
This boutique, the third in Milan's city center alongside the maison on Via Sant'Andrea and the historic flagship store on Via Montenapoleone, is Bottega Veneta's first to specialize in its home collection. It offers furniture, lighting, tableware, and home accessories.
Located on the ground floor of the 18th-century Gallarati Scotti Palace, the boutique's planning and design were overseen by Creative Director Tomas Maier, embodying the concept of "fusing luxury and craftsmanship with local culture and historic architecture."
The home collection, like all Bottega Veneta products, combines exceptional craftsmanship with modern, functional design. It is presented in a sophisticated space that evokes the comfort and welcoming atmosphere of a luxurious residence, displayed within a series of tableau-like worlds. The collection offers a diverse range for dining rooms, living rooms, bedrooms, and studies.
An Intimate and Understated Space
The Bottega Veneta home collection, which began with a single bench designed by Tomas Maier, has evolved through collaborations with leading manufacturers possessing unique knowledge and expertise. These include artisans from Murano for glassware, the Royal Porcelain Manufactory Berlin for ceramics, and Poltrona Frau for chairs.
"Bottega Veneta's home collection is for clients who appreciate understated luxury in furniture crafted from the finest materials. I wanted to create an intimate and understated space in the heart of Milan where clients can fully experience the art of Italian living that Bottega Veneta proposes," says Tomas Maier.
This latest boutique, which pays homage to the beauty of Milanese residences while creating a uniquely distinctive space, is a must-visit when in Milan.
