Meguro Street: A Town of Furniture!

The theme of "Meguro Interior Collection 2014" is the "Renovation MISC Style." While renovation styles focusing on improving seismic resistance, insulation, and functionality are currently gaining attention, this exhibition proposes the creation of highly refined spaces through the fusion of the building's physical structure (hard aspects) with the living space and furnishings (soft aspects). It aims to convey comfort, healing, and enjoyment by producing spaces using furniture from around the world.

In addition to furniture coordination and displays from unique interior shops centered around Meguro Street, the exhibition will feature authentic spaces adorned with curtains and rugs made from global fabrics, imported wallpapers, and finishes like plaster and diatomaceous earth, as well as water-based paints.

Furthermore, on Monday, November 3rd (public holiday), a flea market will be held, offering a rich selection of rare small items and interior雑貨 (zakka) sourced from around the world.
