Characters from the hit series "THE BOYS," currently in its second season and generating significant buzz, are being released as figures by MEDICOM TOY! First to be unveiled are Homelander, the first in the "MAFEX" line of fully articulated action figures, and "BE@RBRICK" figures of Homelander and Billy Butcher.

The story is set in a world where superheroes, managed by corporations, are active. The "Seven," a team of seven elite individuals belonging to the major corporation Vought International, reign at the pinnacle of the hero industry and are revered by the public as pop icons. However, some among them are consumed by self-interest and fame. The protagonist is Hughie Campbell, an ordinary young man who lost his girlfriend in an incident involving superhero activities. He joins a group known as "The Boys" and confronts the corrupt superheroes.

The television drama series "THE BOYS," based on the comic of the same name by Garth Ennis, has been adapted into a live-action series and is a major hit. Among the characters, the most popular is Homelander, the leader of "The Seven," a blond, blue-eyed hero clad in the Stars and Stripes. His self-centered and villainous behavior quickly captivated viewers. In contrast, Billy Butcher, the leader of "The Boys," is a man with no superpowers but a past as a former special forces operative. Driven by a desire for revenge against Homelander, who murdered his wife, he despises superheroes and seeks to expose their dark side.

This ambitious work, which sometimes uses extreme depictions to expose real-world issues, is rapidly gaining fans in Japan. Characters from this series, which breaks the mold of traditional superhero stories, will soon be released as "MAFEX" and "BE@RBRICK" figures from MEDICOM TOY. MAFEX HOMELANDER
Homelander, the leader of "The Seven," is now available as a MAFEX figure. The figure perfectly recreates his iconic suit, including the texture pattern and fabric cape, staying true to his on-screen appearance. It comes with interchangeable chest parts to replicate the way the Stars and Stripes pattern lifts. Three types of interchangeable heads are included, featuring the expression he makes when firing lasers from his eyes.
