“2G” is a new style of studio that fuses art toys, concept shops, and galleries. Opened in 2019 (2G OSAKA in 2020), it serves as a space where MEDICOM TOY, Motofumi “Poggy” Kogi, and NANZUKA create new culture and values through their unique perspectives and synergistic initiatives. It consistently garners intense global attention. Here, we introduce new MEDICOM TOY items scheduled for release in July at its two stores: 2G TOKYO in Shibuya, Tokyo, and 2G OSAKA in Shinsaibashi, Osaka.

This month features the arrival of the wooden BE@RBRICK fragmentdesign 1000% models from Karimoku: polygon HORIZON and carved wooden LAYERED. polygon HORIZON features a body made of various types of wood layered horizontally, with a polygon finish. carved wooden LAYERED has a body made of various types of wood layered vertically, with a carved wood finish on the surface. Both are ultimate masterpieces, each meticulously handcrafted by skilled artisans.
