From "Mataro ga Kuru!!", the hit manga by Fujiko A. Fujio serialized in Weekly Shonen Champion (Akita Shoten) from 1972 to 1975, protagonist Mataro Urabe appears as Sofubi and T-shirts.

His catchphrase: "I MUST NOT LET THIS GRUDGE GO UNSOLVED!"

Mataro Urabe, a frail middle schooler, was constantly subjected to unfair treatment by his classmates and others. When his patience reached its limit, he would use "Grudge Magic" to take revenge on those who bullied him. His catchphrase: "I MUST NOT LET THIS GRUDGE GO UNSOLVED!"

Midway through the story, Kirito, a sinister infant aiming to bring Mataro down, appears. In the climax, Mataro's true identity is revealed, and a grand battle against demons unfolds.

Fujiko A. Fujio, known for numerous hits like "Ninja Hattori-kun," "Kaibutsu-kun," "Pro Golfer Saru," "Waraeru Salesman," and "Manga Michi," created the dark hero Mataro amidst the occult boom of the 70s. His figure, cloaked in a black mantle and clad in a rose-patterned shirt, dashing through the night, continues to attract new fans even half a century after his birth.

The "Mataro Urabe (Retro Model) Green Ver." from Medicom Toy was produced with the concept, "What if Mataro toys were released in the 1970s?" with Yohei Kaneko of MIROCKTOY crafting the prototype. First released 10 years ago, it was a great success. Responding to overwhelming requests for a reissue, it now appears in the "Green Ver." Simultaneously, Kirito, Mataro's nemesis and sometimes ally, appears in a retro model with new colors. This comes with the eerie ventriloquist doll "Takeshi." Both products are being reissued for the first time in seven years.

Additionally, MLE presents "Mataro ga Kuru!!" T-shirts. Featuring elegant prints of the comic's cover illustrations and title logo. Incorporate catharsis into your daily life by stylishly wearing these impactful graphics.
