"LIVING WELLNESS IN LUXURY (LWL)" is a concept pursued by a group that proposes how to live a comfortable and luxurious life at home, meeting the demands of the coming era. The opening lunch party for the spring event was held on March 8th at the Poggenpohl Kitchen Design Center Tokyo in Hiroo.

Crafting your ideal space for a richer life
Having completed three years and a total of 10 events last October, "LIVING WELLNESS IN LUXURY (LWL)" has entered a new phase this year. The event is gaining recognition with each iteration, both as a rare gathering of diverse industries and products for industry professionals, and as a "dream team of coveted brands" for general guests.
For this 11th event, under the sub-theme of "Villas and Second Homes," products for designing a beautiful future were presented.
The appeal of "LWL" lies in its ability to share not only the high functionality of the sponsoring companies' products, which create luxurious living spaces that satisfy both body and mind while ensuring a healthy and comfortable life, but also the freedom, beauty, and enjoyment of their designs with the guests.
Guests were all smiles surrounding Italian chef Mario Frittoli (Owner Chef of RISTRANTE "Mario e Sentieri"), who has been a partner since the first event, during his cooking performance. And the food was truly exquisite.
During the presentation time, the significance and value brought by investing in good homes and products were introduced alongside actual products.
A membership that allows mutual brand recommendations
Mr. Toji Kawashima of Poggenpohl Japan, a German kitchen manufacturer that has participated in LWL since its inception, stated, "Christofle has joined as a sponsor starting this time. The popular lucky draw is now a charity lottery in partnership with the international NGO Plan Japan for the first time. LWL is constantly evolving, with increased value and recognition."
He continued, "Poggenpohl offers products that make the kitchen the most sophisticated and attractive space in one's life. By forming partnerships with brands like JAXSON and Technogym at events like this, we can recommend each other's brands to customers who are attracted to world-class products and seek similar value. This is also a characteristic of LWL."
Growing interest in comfortable living at home
Mr. Kazunari Watagabe of Technogym Japan commented, "Thanks to everyone, the 11th event welcomed the highest number of guests to date. We felt a strong positive response from the high level of interest in the presentations and product introductions."
He added, "Although we have held 10 events so far, today's affluent individuals are not only focused on spending outside the home but are also keen on making their home life as comfortable and luxurious as possible. We are sensing a growing interest in LWL with each event."
"This time, the theme was 'Second Homes and Villas,' and we had participants who are actually building villas in Karuizawa, allowing them to experience the 'wellness lifestyle' more tangibly," he shared.

Poggenpohl
Founded in 1892 by Friedemir Poggenpohl, it is known as the oldest and most well-known German kitchen brand. All products are manufactured in the factory in Herford, North Rhine-Westphalia, and high-quality, high-standard kitchen furniture is supplied to over 70 countries worldwide. Boasting the latest technology born from research and development based on medicine and ergonomics, it has been selected as the official supplier of training machines for the Olympic Village at the Sydney Olympics in 2000, followed by the Athens Olympics in 2004, Turin in 2006, Beijing in 2008, and London in 2012.

JAXSON
Its name is derived from "Shakyamuni (Buddha)" and "JAPAN," signifying compassionate Buddhist spirit and respect for Japanese culture. In 1982, JAXSON Co., Ltd. was founded with the mission of elevating the bathtub, traditionally just a part of home fixtures, into an interior element and delivering bathtubs with the finest design, comfort, and quality to the world. Sharp edges, delicate curves, and steps designed for long relaxation. The bathtubs, tuned by human hands to pursue a perfect fit, embody a sculptural beauty that is difficult to achieve with desk-based design.

Vecchio e nuovo Giappone
The company name means "old and new Japan" in Italian, and its concept is the fusion of two contrasting themes: the presence of items aged over time and modern, new elements. It proposes a superior and beautiful "life with fire." They import and sell high-design fireplaces from around the world, including Cocoon fires, ACQAEFUOCO, HORUS, and vauni.

NICHIESU
One of the core tenets of LWL (Living Wellness in Luxury) is "outdoor living" as part of a "healthy and luxurious daily life." It creates a healthy and relaxing day from waking to sleeping, offering moments of non-daily excitement, such as morning coffee time listening to birdsong, dining on the terrace amidst dappled sunlight, or reading and napping on the veranda while feeling the breeze. DEDON's outdoor furniture, with its design excellence and high-quality products crafted by skilled weavers, is all-weather furniture that makes life at home comfortable and luxurious.

GLAS LUCE
Glas Luce means "light released from glass" in Italian. It functions as a mirror normally, and when a switch is turned on, an image is displayed.──Because it is a flat mirror in its normal state, it makes the room feel neat and spacious. This completely new style of display—"The wall becomes a moving interior"—creates beautiful visual settings in indoor and outdoor spaces. By combining Glas Luce with a home automation system, it proposes a comfortable lifestyle where electrical products such as lighting (dimming), electric curtains, electric blinds, security cameras, air conditioners, and floor heating can be easily operated via iPad or smartphone.
