Captivating Charm, Like Antique Bottles

The "bottle candle," named for its bottle-like shape, is the first product from Chinatsu Kanbayashi, who has long proposed ways to enjoy daily life through interiors, in collaboration with "THE GLOBE," an interior shop in Tokyo's Sangenjaya district that deeply understands the allure of antiques.



Crafted by artisans in Nara, each bottle-shaped candle is handmade. To encourage daily use at the dining table, no fragrance has been added. When lit, the candle's inherent charm and sophisticated atmosphere instantly fill the space.



Available in six different sizes, each with a unique character. The colors, all five of them, are chosen to match their respective personalities. Subtle variations in color and texture on the surface can be enjoyed, much like the patina of antique bottles. These exquisite pieces are recommended as partners to share time with, or as gifts.

Interior Stylist
Born in Tokyo. Studied interior decoration and moved to the UK. Upon returning to Japan, she became involved in a magazine renewal project and continued as an editor. About a year later, she became independent as a freelancer. Since then, in addition to styling for magazines, advertisements, and catalogs, she has been broadly involved in interior direction, decoration, and coordination for retail spaces through Jamo associates, established in 2000.
