The Essence of Design Revealed in Enhancing Tachymeter Readability
The TRAPEZOID series is characterized by a body inspired by a trapezoidal rotating body, featuring a chronograph dial resembling an instrument panel and a "tachymeter" arranged around the bezel.
What is a "tachymeter"? It's a function that measures the seconds taken to travel 1km, thereby calculating average speed. When viewed from the side, the numerals appear elongated, but from a frontal perspective, they align beautifully as if in a normal font. This serves to enhance readability, much like speed limit signs painted on roads.
The newly released black model boasts a refined, sharp image in addition to the series' distinctive luster. The polyurethane band also ensures exceptional comfort. Launch is scheduled for early June.
