NOOKA's Yokohama Triennale Limited Edition Arrives, Just 500 Pieces Available
Yokohama Triennale Limited Model: 500 Pieces Only
Now in its third iteration since its inception in 2001, the Yokohama Triennale is an international exhibition of contemporary art. To commemorate this celebration of cutting-edge global contemporary art, New York-based watch brand NOOKA has released a limited edition model.
By Masaki Takei
This limited edition NOOKA model can be seen as a response from NOOKA to the concept of the Yokohama Triennale's theme, "TIME CREVASSE." While retaining its signature graphical display and comfortable wear, the watch features the Triennale's theme colors: a deep green for the body and gold for the face. Production is limited to 500 units. The design supervision was handled by bluemark, known for their visual work across museums, corporations, and brands, who also oversaw the CI design for this year's Yokohama Triennale.
The dial subtly incorporates the Yokohama Triennale logo, making this an entirely exclusive specification. It is available at the Triennale venue, the SPILAL ONLINE STORE, and the NOOKA ONLINE STORE. Additionally, from October 1st to October 14th, NOOKA and the tie brand giraffe will co-host an event at "Isetan girl" on the second basement floor of Shinjuku Isetan, where it can also be purchased.
