Original Skateboards for Adults Arrive
The "OKA×CONRAN MODEL," an original skateboard designed in collaboration between Japanese skateboard brand "OKA SKATEBOARDS" and The Conran Shop, has been released at The Conran Shop's Shinjuku Main Store, Marunouchi Store, Osaka Store, Nagoya Store, and Fukuoka Store.

A Center Line Evokes a Classic Vibe
"OKA SKATEBOARDS" is a skateboard brand born from a passion for board sports, founded by James Gibson and Yoshiro Mizogami, for those who want to enjoy surfing in the summer and snowboarding in the winter, even amidst their busy work lives.
All OKA SKATEBOARDS are handcrafted one by one by artisans. The decks are made from beautiful and strong hardwood, the trucks from solid aluminum, and the wheels from urethane with all ornamentation stripped away to appreciate their simple texture. Each component is carefully selected and harmonized to create these boards.
The collaborative "OKA×CONRAN MODEL" features a deck made of natural hardwood (oak and walnut) protected with Watco oil. Its slender body with high stability and long wheelbase, combined with a classic design, evokes the image of a sophisticated adult leisurely cruising through the city streets.
