Herman Miller, the American furniture manufacturer renowned for its innovative products developed through collaborations with various designers, has opened its first-ever direct store, 'The Herman Miller Store,' in Marunouchi on December 11th.

Born as a Work-Lifestyle Proposal Shop
The Herman Miller Store offers a curated selection of products, from ergonomic work chairs like the iconic 'Aeron Chair,' with over two million users worldwide, and the high-performance 'Embody Chair' designed to stimulate brain activity, to home furnishings including timeless classics by 'Eames' and 'Nelson,' as well as lighting and stationery, all proposing a new vision for work and lifestyle.
The store also showcases collaborations with cutting-edge creators, such as office rugs developed with Takashi Kumagai, a stylist and photographer active in various fields, and limited-edition Eames Shell Chairs hand-painted by artist MUSTONE. Following the opening, the store will regularly host seminars and workshops on work and life, inviting top professionals from diverse industries who have achieved unique success in their respective fields.

Designed by Torafu Architects, the store features diverse settings. Visitors can explore a 'Try-a-Chair' corner to test work chairs tailored to individual body types, a library corner stocked with books related to Herman Miller, and displays of original Herman Miller products, offering a multifaceted experience of the brand's appeal.
