The Chevrolet Camaro, which received a minor model change announcement in January 2020, has undergone specification updates.
The changes affect the navigation system and body colors. In place of the previously planned "Cloud Streaming Navigation" system, a new infotainment system compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto has been adopted.
Additionally, the Camaro's body color options have been revised from the initially planned five colors to four: blue, black, white, and red.
There are no changes to the powertrain. The 2.0-liter inline four-cylinder engine in the Camaro LT and Convertible produces a maximum output of 202kW (275ps) and a maximum torque of 400Nm. The Camaro SS is equipped with a 6.0-liter V8 engine, delivering a maximum output of 333kW (453ps) and a maximum torque of 617Nm.
Prices have each been reduced by approximately 150,000 yen, with the Camaro LT RS priced at 5.41 million yen, the Convertible at 6.29 million yen, and the SS at 6.95 million yen.
The Heritage Edition also sees a price reduction of 150,000 yen across all models. The LT RS, limited to 30 units, is priced at 5.5 million yen; the Convertible, limited to 20 units, is 6.3 million yen; and the SS, limited to 40 units, is 7.33 million yen.
