Escorting a Luxury Liner
Fiat North America is sponsoring the "Vans US Open of Surfing" surfing competition in California for the second year running. To mark its opening, the Fiat 500 returns to the sea.
As the colossal luxury liner "MSC Divina"—measuring 333.30 meters long, 39.92 meters wide, and 67.69 meters high—entered PortMiami, it was escorted by three Fiat 500s navigating the waters. Their agile movement across the sea mirrored the nimble agility of the Fiat 500 on the road, making full use of its compact design.
At this year's surfing venue, alongside this, an Abarth "500C," a Fiat "500L Trekking", an electric vehicle based on the 500 called the "500e", and even a Fiat "500L design concept inspired by Vans" created to commemorate this competition were on display.
