740ps Max Output, 0-100km/h in 2.9 Seconds

Following the debut of the "Aventador" in 2010, the "Aventador S" is presented as the result of its first major overhaul. The most significant evolution is the adoption of Lamborghini's first four-wheel steering system. This enhances agility at low and medium speeds while increasing stability at high speeds. The suspension has also been updated to the latest magnetorheological system (LMS) to complement the four-wheel steering.

The design has also been revised with a focus on aerodynamic improvement. While conveying a more aggressive image, it is claimed that the front downforce has increased by 130 percent compared to the Aventador.

The powertrain remains the same 6.5-liter V12 engine as the Aventador. Tuning has been applied to boost power, resulting in an additional 40ps for a maximum output of 740ps and a peak torque of 690Nm. Paired with Lamborghini's proprietary 7-speed ISR transmission, the top speed exceeds 350 km/h, with 0-100 km/h acceleration achieved in under 3 seconds at 2.9 seconds.

In addition to the existing driving modes of "Strada," "Sport," and "Corsa," a new "Ego mode" has been added, allowing drivers to customize traction, steering, and suspension to their preferences. Furthermore, each driving mode can be readjusted to deliver optimal performance.

Inside, the cockpit has also been revamped. The TFT digital dashboard can reportedly be customized to the driver's preferences.

The Aventador S, with its pricing and release date yet to be determined, leaves us anticipating further updates.
