Among the exterior details, the brown sections around the headlights, wheel arches, and rear lights are crafted from natural calf leather by skilled artisans. The sky blue trim bordering these leather parts is said to be a tribute to the luxury boat brand, Riva.

The picnic basket mounted at the rear is also made from the same leather, with the Fiat logo applied to fit perfectly in its intended position when installed. Additionally, the side mirror covers are made of mahogany, reminiscent of Riva boats.

This special 500C was exhibited at a charity event focused on human rights, organized primarily by the Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights foundation as part of Fiat's extensive social contribution efforts. It was then auctioned among the attending celebrities.
