An Exclusive Alfa for the World: 1,000 Units

The Alfa Romeo "4C" has finally been revealed. Alfa Romeo marks its return to the world of lightweight sports coupes with this 4C, and to celebrate, has announced the limited edition "4C Launch Edition." Production will be capped at 400 units for Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, 500 for North America, and 100 for other regions. The price in Europe is €60,000 (approximately 7.3 million yen). Purchasers will be invited to a special event, including a driving lesson, to safely experience the 4C's performance.

This limited edition model is available in two body colors: "Carrara White" and "Alfa Red." The rear spoiler and door mirror covers are made of carbon, the rear diffuser has a dark finish, and the headlights are framed in dark trim. The wheels are 18 inches at the front and 19 inches at the rear.

Additionally, new air intakes have been added to the front. The brake calipers, air cleaner, shock absorbers, and rear anti-roll bar are also exclusive to this model.



The sporty interior is finished in leather, fabric, and Alcantara, with a carbon badge displaying the serial number. The car pictured has a white body with white stitching, but a red body would feature red stitching.

In terms of performance and other basic characteristics, it remains unchanged from the standard 4C. The "Alfa TCT" dual-clutch transmission, with four modes (Dynamic, Natural, All Weather, and Race), is paired with a 1,750cc four-cylinder turbo engine, producing a maximum output of 240ps and a peak torque of 350Nm. Eighty percent of the maximum torque is available from 1,700rpm.

Thanks to its highly rigid and lightweight carbon monocoque chassis, the dry weight is just 895kg. It accelerates from 0 to 100km/h in 4.5 seconds.
