In Wolfsburg, Germany, Volkswagen's factory complex houses a car-themed amusement park called "Autostadt." On October 31, 2008, the Premium Pavilion, which hosts special exhibitions within the park, celebrated its grand reopening. On display in this exhibition space is a Bugatti Veyron with a mirror finish.

This is an artwork by Olaf Nicolai, who applied a mirror finish to the Veyron—a supercar embodying the most complex automotive technology—and placed it in a mirrored room. The resulting infinite reflections express the splendor and ultimate exclusivity of the automotive world. The infinite reflections of the mirrors blur all boundaries, making the viewer an integral part of the artwork itself.
