Summer is just around the corner. At this time of year, body lines are a concern for every woman. We watch our diet, exercise, and many of us likely massage our bodies after bathing. For this, slimming body care products are essential. This month, I'd like to introduce three of my favorites and the body massage I do regularly.

It's Simple! My Self-Massage Method


My body massage goes like this:

First, leg massage. While holding the ankle with one hand, I rotate the foot inward and outward. Next, I massage around the outer and inner ankle bones. Then, lifting one leg, I firmly stroke from the ankle, calf, back of the knee, thigh, all the way to the groin with both hands. Finally, I massage the groin area in circles with the fingertips of both hands.

For the waist area, I use both hands to stroke from the sides of the back towards the abdomen and then down to the groin.

For the arms, I start by massaging the collarbones. I firmly stroke from the inside out, above and below the collarbones, with the thumb of the opposite hand. Next, I raise my arm and firmly stroke from the wrist to the armpit. Finally, I hold the armpit area and rotate the shoulder outward in a large motion to finish.

I perform this body massage every day after bathing while applying body care products. Even so, the entire process takes only about two minutes. But what's most important for body care is not to let things 'accumulate' day by day. For that, finding a method and duration that suits you, one that you won't find tedious or boring, and making it a habit might be important. And choosing body care products that are essential 'props' for massage and help you achieve your desired results. These three are my favorites.

MELVITA Rose Extra Water Oil for Legs


This is a recommended body oil for legs for those who say, "I really want to do something about my legs! But I prefer organic products!" It's a two-layer formula: an oil layer with pink pepper to firm the skin and rosehip oil for beautiful skin, and a water layer with pink dulse to support massage and mint and essential oils for a refreshing scent. You use it after shaking. It helps to flush out excess fluid and waste, leaving your legs feeling refreshed and light! Although it's a spray, I spray it into my palms first and then apply it to my entire legs.
