How to Make the August Peach & Banana Smoothie

As mid-August approaches, you'll see more peaches in stores. This time, we're making a smoothie using seasonal peaches. The theme is 'Achieve radiant skin from within, and combat body swelling caused by air conditioning and excessive cold drinks.'

Peaches are said to boost vitality and moisturize the intestines. In ancient China, peaches were believed to promote longevity and were even called the 'fruit of long life.' The primary benefits of peaches include...

1.They are rich in pectin, a dietary fiber that aids in regulating the intestines!
2.Niacin is essential for maintaining healthy skin and mucous membranes, and it also helps with cold sensitivity. It's a water-soluble vitamin, found abundantly in fish, meat, and liver. It acts as a savior, assisting enzymes in converting carbohydrates, fats, and proteins into energy.
3.Rich in potassium. Combined with bananas, which have a similar potassium content, it also helps you feel full for longer.
Ingredients (Serves 2): 2 peaches, 2 bananas, 1/2 orange, mint to taste
Instructions
Place the chopped peaches, bananas, and orange in a blender and mix.
If you have mint, adding a little or using it as a garnish is also recommended. (It adds a refreshing flavor.)
*The texture will be thick, so adding a few ice cubes is also a good idea.

Why Morning Smoothies Are Beneficial: The Key Is 'Enzymes'

We will explain why morning smoothies are good for your body over several installments in this series.

In this first installment, we'll start with: 'What are enzymes?'

Our bodies and minds, both human and animal, function thanks to 'enzymes.' The enzymes we possess internally are called 'potential enzymes,' and they are divided into two types.

• 'Digestive enzymes,' which break down and absorb food for absorption.Digestive enzymes
• 'Metabolic enzymes,' which are responsible for the movement of internal organs and muscles, brain function, and maintaining healthy skin and hair.Metabolic enzymes

The priority for consumption is digestive enzymes. If you use a lot of digestive enzymes, metabolic enzymes decrease, and if you conserve them, more are available for metabolic functions. This is how it works.

'The key to dieting is how well you can make metabolic enzymes function without using digestive enzymes!'

The amount of enzymes in the body decreases with age. This is often the reason why people feel they gain weight more easily than before.

This is where 'food enzymes' come in, which are found in fresh fruits and vegetables and perform a similar function to digestive enzymes.Food enzymes
Enzymes are heat-sensitive and die at temperatures of 46-48°C or higher, so it's important to consume them raw, without heating.

When enzyme activity is enhanced, metabolism improves, basal body temperature rises, and cell turnover is promoted. This makes it easier to excrete waste products and toxins, increasing detoxification effects. Of course, beauty benefits like anti-aging and weight loss also improve. Additionally, fatigue recovery is faster, energy levels soar, and you'll be reborn with a powerful body.

From 4 AM to 12 PM is the time when your body naturally eliminates waste and detoxifies. By incorporating food enzymes during this period, you can give metabolic enzymes a boost without burdening digestion, leading to a diet from the morning. With metabolic enzymes functioning effectively, your morning work will also be more productive.
