Lancôme Donates Products to Healthcare Workers Through "Lancôme Cares 2021"
Following last year's initiative, Lancôme is once again partnering with the NPO Japan Heart, an international medical volunteer organization, for "Lancôme Cares 2021," a project to donate Lancôme products to healthcare professionals working on the front lines of the pandemic.

A Wish for Relaxation
The pandemic continued into 2021, with many countries reimposing lockdowns. While vaccine campaigns have begun, bringing a gradual return of vitality, numerous issues stemming from the novel coronavirus remain.
Against this backdrop, Lancôme decided it was important to continue expressing gratitude to frontline healthcare workers as part of "Lancôme Cares," a solidarity initiative launched in May 2020.
In line with Lancôme's "Care" initiatives, which are part of its DNA, over 215,000 care packages have been donated to nurses in more than 30 countries worldwide since last year.
Each set includes popular items along with a pink heart pouch, symbolizing "Happiness," a core tenet of Lancôme's brand philosophy. The intention is to encourage healthcare professionals to continue their self-care amidst their demanding work, and to offer them a moment of relaxation. Lancôme plans to continue its support through various initiatives.
Lancôme believes that "happiness" is the most attractive form of beauty. Today, more than ever, the brand wishes for all women, regardless of age or skin tone, to blossom with their own beauty and femininity, and to express their charm to the fullest.
As an expression of this wish, Lancôme launched the global charity program "Write Her Future" in partnership with the NGO "Care." This initiative aims to address female illiteracy worldwide. As a brand that signifies a brighter future for the world, the further expansion of "Care" activities is highly anticipated.
