That's why, as much as achieving this melting texture, I was also committed to offering easy-to-wear shades," says Peter Philips.

As Peter Philips says, Rouge Coco is both a stylish accessory and a lipstick that pursues comfort. It is formulated with the "Hydratendre Complex," which combines meadowfoam oil derivative—a herbal extract cultivated in North America to optimize lip hydration—natural esters, a component of natural moisturizing factors that support the lips' natural moisturizing function, and phytoceramides for lip protection. This creates Chanel's unique complex ingredient that brings moisture to the lips.

Furthermore, Chanel's distinctive attention to detail is reflected in every aspect of the jet-black packaging. For instance, the material used for the packaging has a property that rapidly lowers temperature, providing a cool sensation to the touch and making it easy to locate Rouge Coco in your bag. Additionally, the "click" sound upon opening and closing the package was achieved after pursuing the ideal acoustic resonance using hundreds of cylindrical cases. These subtle yet precisely calculated details significantly enhance the luxurious feel of Rouge Coco.

There are 30 color variations. Alongside iconic Chanel shades like "Rouge Orange" and "Rouge Noir," there are also half-tones in beige, pink, and brown.
