A highlight at "uka Marunouchi KITTE" is the "Shampoo Bar," featuring over 10 types of shampoos and treatments. This innovative approach involves proposing and using products tailored to each individual's scalp and hair type.

The interior features custom-designed original furniture, with a base of white accented by strategic touches of smoky pastel colors. It includes four relaxed nail stations, three tranquil head therapy seats, and ten spacious hair stations with high ceilings, plus a VIP room. The space is enhanced by rich music from speakers byM's Systemrenowned for their wave speakers, creating an environment that offers a high level of beauty and relaxation.

Hiroaki Tokeishi Appointed uka Creative Director

Hiroaki Tokeishi, a hairstylist acclaimed by industry professionals for his cutting and blow-drying techniques, as well as his damage-free, lustrous curl perms, was appointed uka's Creative Director in February. He is currently based at uka Aoyama and plans to begin salon work at the Roppongi Midtown store starting May 8th (Wednesday).

Tokeishi gained recognition at age 35 when he won the Grand Prize for Best Newcomer at the Japan Hairdressing Awards. His expertise in long-lasting cuts and unique perm techniques, which no one else can replicate, has led to him boasting Japan's highest perm order rate (80%). He has also been involved in the development of perm products for numerous beauty manufacturers. Bookings at uka are available up to two months in advance.
