Inspired by designer Christian Louboutin's passion for lacquer, "Rouge Louboutin" was born. Just as iconic red nail polish inspired the red soles, Louboutin has designed patent leather shoes and bags that possess the beautiful sheen of traditional Japanese and Chinese lacquerware. Finally, "Rouge Louboutin," reflecting that inspiration, makes its debut.

The concept behind "Rouge Louboutin" is "nail polish for your lips." Louboutin, who achieved unprecedented shine and coverage with nail polish, developed a patented three-layer application process that creates the deep hues of traditional lacquerware in just two coats, a feat that typically requires twenty. This expertise has been applied to create "Rouge Louboutin" as lip polish.

Utilizing the latest pigment technology, a single application delivers the shine and rich color of patent leather. "Rouge Louboutin" offers a smooth, non-sticky feel, characterized by its deep, shimmering radiance and rich, glossy color that lasts. It also contains highly effective lip care ingredients such as natural nut butter and oligopeptides.

Furthermore, the artistic vial is so beautiful it's mesmerizing. It also comes with packaging designed to resemble a jewelry box. "Rouge Louboutin" transforms the lipstick, often forgotten at the bottom of a handbag, into a precious jewel. The transparent, thick bottle is intricately carved with entwined mermaid tails. The cap is adorned with a small tower-like crown, reminiscent of ancient Middle Eastern artifacts and the opulent designs of Art Deco.
