Delicate, Ethereal Eyes and Blue Nails that Shine on the Runway
The most striking element of the makeup created by Peter Philips is the eye makeup, featuring the new autumn product "Illusion d'Ombre." Through a veil, delicate and ethereal eyes peek through. Additionally, the nails are adorned with the classic blue satin shade. The blue, which complements the runway inspired by the Place Vendôme at night, is beautiful against the eyes.
"For this haute couture collection, there were several key elements from the initial briefing stages. Karl (Lagerfeld) spoke about the masculine/feminine silhouettes, the venue decor mimicking the Place Vendôme, the nighttime atmosphere of the show, and the strikingly luminous 'flashlight shoes.' From this, I conceived the idea of a veil, like a spy's mask," says Peter.
"This makeup focuses on the eyes, but it's seen through a veil. The skin is kept pure, with a subtle touch of blush, and the lips are a velvet matte, like peach skin. For the nails, I chose Blue Satin from the 'Vernis' line, which is already a classic Chanel color. It's a timeless, beautiful night blue."
"I wanted to create an eye makeup that conveys a gaze piercing the night, perceived through a veil. For this, I used 'Illusion d'Ombre' #85 Mirifique from this autumn's new color collection. It's an eyeshadow that glitters like stars in the darkness. With eyes sparkling in the dark, fingertips adorned with the color of the night, and the subtle hue of 'Rouge Allure Velvet' #31 La Favorite on the lips, it sends a secretly alluring kiss," he explains his creation.

For skin preparation before makeup, the multi-action hydrating serum "Hydra Beauty Serum" was used. Even in summer when skin feels hydrated, the inner layers can be dry, making a serum that provides powerful hydration day and night a must-have. It leads to dense, plump skin.
