This coaching begins with diagnosing the current state of the body using a counseling chart. Lifestyle habits are then discussed, and the points for improvement are identified through analysis of the diagnosis and consultation. Once the focus areas are determined, methods for self-care and necessary products are proposed to address these points and restore the body's balance.



At the serene Paris showroom, based on the four pillars of "Vitality Coaching®," practical sessions are held using essential oils for specific care, and floral waters are offered for tasting. Guidance is provided on how to effectively incorporate these into daily life, dietary recommendations tailored to individual goals, delicious recipes, and breathing techniques to activate internal organs and promote relaxation.
