Hidetoshi Nakata Launches Sake Project 'SAKENOMY' in Milan | SAKENOMY Gallery

Japanese breweries host sake seminar for top Italian chefs at Swiss Corner in Milan.
Six breweries, seven masters, participated in the SAKE seminar. A two-hour lecture on sake tasting and pairings with Italian cuisine was held.
SAKENOMY opening reception for invited guests held during Tokyo Design Week in Milan 2015, part of Milan Salone 2015.
Finger's, a popular Japanese restaurant in Milan, provided dishes paired with the sake.
From June 19-24, during Expo Milano, a pop-up store will be at Milan's popular cafe, Swiss Corner. Collaborations with popular restaurants and bars will also offer sake experiences throughout the city.
