Lexus Wins Best Entertaining Award at Milan Salone | Lexus Gallery

Zone 1, titled "NEW INSIGHT IN CAR DESIGN," featured the concept model Lexus LF-SA surrounded by convex mirrors.
Zone 2, "EXPLORING THE SENSES," displayed the award-winning works from LEXUS DESIGN AWARD 2015.
Exiting the venue, visitors could further experience the space created by Mr. Philippe Nigro.

In Zone 3, "EXPERIENCING THE SENSES," a setting of natural wood created by Mr. Philippe Nigro was used, with Mr. Nigro noting that the reverse side was also part of the design.
Exiting the venue building and proceeding to Tortona Street involved experiencing a further narrowed passage.
In Zone 3, Scene 1 of the sensory experience, visitors were invited to taste "Raindrops" that burst in the mouth within a space filled with light particles and the sound of rain.
Zone 3, Scene 2, designed to evoke the feeling of entering the trunk of a tree, allowed visitors to hear the echo of their own voices in silence.
In Zone 3, Scene 2, visitors could taste "Tree of Life," evoking the feeling of new greenery.
Chef Yoneda reportedly went to great lengths to capture the taste and aroma of a tree in "Tree of Life" (containing kiwi puree, matcha, and vodka within cacao butter).
Zone 3, Scene 3, set in a dark room representing space, featured a circular table with an image of the Earth projected onto it.
Chef Yoneda's signature "Salad of the Earth," made with over 30 types of vegetables, represented the sky, clouds, and land.
"LEXUS - A JOURNEY OF THE SENSES," which welcomed 50,000 visitors over six days, received the "Best Entertaining Award" at the official competition "Milano Design Award Competition."
"Hold Me" from "Sense-Wear" has the function of gently muffling external sounds.
"Diomedeidae" (Albatross), a mobile that illuminates when reacting to wind, is a work by Daiki Nakamori and two Italian artists.
"Luz," conceived by artist Marina Meliadò Mendieta, who mentioned it was inspired by cities with little sunlight, is an indoor lighting system that changes its light color sensitivity in response to external weather conditions.
"Animal Mask" uses digital devices to offer a new perceptual experience, exploring how dolphins, snakes, and giraffes see the outside world.

Near "Spazio Lexus Torneria" in the Tortona district, where "LEXUS - A JOURNEY OF THE SENSES" was held, a large display was also set up, adding to the excitement of Milan Design Week.
