Feature | How to Make 'Pirouette' | Chapter 3 Gallery

The entrance on the first floor of Garden House, a separate building within Toranomon Hills. It has entrances for both the bistro and the épicerie. You are free to enter from either side.
Épicerie entrance
Upon entering the épicerie, you'll find a selection of ingredients from producers you can meet. Adjacent to this is the cafe space (20 seats).
The sunlit cafe makes you feel as if you're sitting on a terrace, even while indoors.
Custom original furniture. This table, made by arranging wooden planks one by one, offers a stable presence weighing approximately 100 kilograms. It can be used lightly while standing, or as a complete desk when paired with a chair.
The counter seats are divided into two areas: one for the cafe and one for the bistro. Each serves different menus, so choose based on your mood for the day.
Cafe-side counter seats
While many restaurants feature open kitchens, the close proximity between the seating and kitchen here is rare.
Looking from the cafe towards the épicerie, the sense of spaciousness is evident.
With floor-to-ceiling glass, you can feel the outside air while remaining inside.
Beams crisscross the high ceiling. The design, with its concept of 'a space within a space,' adds a playful touch.
Caramel-colored copper adorns both the ceiling and floor, as if etching accents into the space.
The exposed concrete ceiling evokes an industrial feel. This, too, contributes to the relaxed, unpretentious atmosphere.
Bistro-side counter seats
The floor level for the bistro counter seats is set higher than the cafe's. Accordingly, the chair legs are designed to be shorter, showcasing meticulous attention to detail.
The bistro space (50 seats) spreads out opposite the cafe.
Various materials like wood and marble are arranged in the space with exquisite balance.
The bistro also features semi-private spaces.
