In addition to the standard model, Luxury and Sport design lines, plus M Sport are available. Like the 3 Series, the name badge is located behind the front fender.
The inline-6 twin-power turbo engine in the 435i produces a maximum output of 225kW (306ps) at 5,800rpm and a maximum torque of 400Nm (40.8kgm) at 1,200-5,000rpm.
In Japan, it is only available with an 8-speed automatic transmission.
