<strong>COLE HAAN</strong><br />Stylist Yoshiko Hitosuyama, known for her work on fashion pages for major magazines and styling artists, put together these looks featuring the Chelsea Pump Collection.
<strong>COLE HAAN</strong><br />“I paired the Chelsea Pumps with this outfit: a voluminous Chloe blouson on top, and a similarly voluminous Carven mini skirt to create a compact vertical line,” says Hitosuyama. “It’s a bit sweeter than my usual style. I could have kept the entire look black, but I think vibrant colors like orange or red make it more sophisticated this season. It’s like a ‘good girl’ look from the 80s (laughs).”
<strong>COLE HAAN</strong><br />“They have a subtle platform, and Nike Air cushioning in the forefoot and heel, which absorbs impact when you walk. They’re incredibly comfortable to wear.”
<strong>COLE HAAN</strong><br />“For the ‘Chelsea Open Toe Pump,’ I created an outfit suitable for a night out in New York, perhaps for a visit to a hotel bar. Black is trending this year, and an all-black look would work, but I chose to pair it with deep blue fur and baroque-patterned trousers. Adding a clutch bag for a touch of chic sophistication was also a key detail.”
