Nissan Motor Corporation expressed its vision for the near future, where smart homes and smart communities become a reality, throughout its booth, echoing the words of CEO Carlos Ghosn at the press conference. The smart house 'NSH-2012,' which demonstrates 'Leaf to Home' power supply from the Leaf's battery to a residence, was exhibited following its appearance at CEATEC JAPAN in October.
The three concept cars that appeared on stage were explained as supporting zero-emission mobility in smart communities and serving as effective means of transportation for future urban societies.
PIVO3is an ultra-compact EV embodying ITS technology that finds parking spaces via the network and parks automatically.Townpodis an EV that wraps commercial vehicle functionality in a stylish design. Additionally,ESFLOWis an electric sports car with the DNA of the Fairlady Z andGT-R, boasting 0-100 km/h acceleration in under 5 seconds.
Other models that graced the booth, balancing performance and environmental friendliness, included the EV race carLEAF NISMO RC, the LEAF NISMO CONCEPT, a zero-emission premium sports car, and the JUKE NISMO CONCEPT, which enhances the sporty image of the Juke.
