<strong>INFINITI<br><br>Frankfurt Motor Show 2011 On-Site Report: Part 19</strong><h2>The Ultimate One-Off FX Arrives</h2>Headlining Infiniti's display was the 'FX Sebastian Vettel Version,' a bespoke model based on the premium crossover 'FX50s Premium.' As its name suggests, this is the most powerful FX, tuned to the specifications of Grand Prix driver Sebastian Vettel with input from Red Bull Racing, and featuring significant interior and exterior modifications. <br><br>Specifically, the 5.0-liter V8 engine, normally producing a maximum output of 390ps, has been boosted by 30ps to 420ps in the Vettel version. Acceleration has also been enhanced, with the electronically limited top speed raised from 250km/h to 300km/h, and the 0-100km/h sprint time reduced by 0.2 seconds to 5.6 seconds.<br><br>The exterior boasts dedicated aero parts at the front and rear, increasing downforce by 30 percent. It also features exclusive 21-inch wheels and a carbon diffuser on the rear bumper.<br><br>Shiro Nakamura, Senior Vice President and Chief Creative Officer at Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., stated, "Infiniti aspires to create vehicles that fulfill every customer's unique desires. The creation of the FX Sebastian Vettel Version serves as a prime demonstration of our ability to realize that ideal."
