<strong>Peugeot<br><br>Frankfurt Motor Show 2011: 17th Report</strong><h2>A 'Hybrid' Exhibition Hinting at Peugeot's Future Direction</h2>Peugeot's world premieres were the diesel hybrid "508 RXH" and the concept car "HX1." The 508 RXH is equipped with the "Hybrid4" system found in the 3008 Hybrid4, delivering a combined maximum output of 200ps and approximately 500Nm of torque, while boasting excellent environmental performance with fuel economy of 25km/ℓ and CO2 emissions of 99g/km. With its debut scheduled for spring 2012, this model has been confidently designated as Peugeot's future image leader. <br><br>Meanwhile, the HX1 is a futuristic minivan with a length of just under 5 meters, yet its extremely low ride height achieves a drag coefficient of 0.28. Despite being classified as a minivan, it features a sleek styling and unique, upward-opening coach doors. It is also equipped with a hybrid system, offering a maximum output of 299ps, fuel economy of 31.25km/ℓ, and CO2 emissions of 83g/km.<br><br> Also displayed alongside these two models were the "908 HYbrid4" from Peugeot Sport and the soon-to-be-released "3008 HYbrid4", and the electric vehicle "iOn." It was truly a "hybrid" exhibition, skillfully blending the past and future, much like Citroën.
