nuku muku - The "croissant" takes four days to make, from cultivating the starter to baking. Made with fermented butter and sour cream, it contains no eggs. It's known for its rich aroma, crisp texture, and subtle sweetness. Scheduled to be ready: 10:00 AM. ¥170 each.
nuku muku - "We craft each item with affection and dedication," says owner Takashi Yogi with a smile.
nuku muku - "German bread" baked with homemade rye sourdough. Despite being 70% rye, it has a chewy texture and pleasant tang. Its flavor deepens and matures with each passing day. Fillings vary daily, including walnut & raisin, and chocolate & hazelnut. Scheduled to be ready: 10:00 AM. ¥900 per loaf, ¥450 per half.
nuku muku - The smooth "nuku pudding," made with rich Okukuji eggs and Madagascar vanilla beans, is a limited-time offering. The popular "nuku muku-style baked cheesecake" features rum-raisins as an accent. Scheduled to be ready: 10:00 AM. Pudding: ¥250 each. Cheesecake: ¥320 per slice.
nuku muku - A display case filled with charming, round-shaped breads. The most popular cream bun (¥150 each) is also featured on the shop's homepage.
nuku muku - The "croissant" takes four days to make, from dough maturation to baking. Folding the butter into the dough requires speed and precision.
nuku muku - A blackboard outside the shop displays the day's breads with illustrations.
nuku muku - The charming trinkets and toys, which are a joy to behold, are all part of the owner's collection. The shelves also display original house-shaped gift boxes.
nuku muku - Heartwarming illustrations adorn the interior. The intricately designed shop website was created by the owner's brother-in-law. They plan to focus more on merchandise like eco-bags in the future.
nuku muku - The exterior resembles a vintage雑貨屋 (zakka-ya, variety shop) or an American diner. Some customers reportedly enter mistaking it for a toy or雑貨屋.
