<b>AOSAN</b>Walnut-studded country bread "Noix Campagne." A satisfying loaf with the delightful aroma of domestic wheat and natural yeast. Ready at 10:00 AM. Whole: ¥2000, Half: ¥1000, Quarter: ¥500, Eighth: ¥250.
<b>AOSAN</b>Heart-shaped "Raisin Sand" features a rum-infused raisin butter cream sandwiched between cookie dough. Perfect for small gifts. Ready at 10:00 AM. ¥150 each.
<b>AOSAN</b>The plump, natural yeast bread "Avriline" (with white chocolate) is generously filled with white chocolate, hazelnuts, walnuts, and raisins. Also available without chocolate. Ready at 10:00 AM. ¥330 each.
<b>AOSAN</b>Shelves of freshly baked bread are accompanied by handwritten description cards. Customers seem to enjoy asking staff for recommendations or reading the detailed explanations.
<b>AOSAN</b>Campagne and baguettes await their turn in the cupboard. This cupboard was actually Okuda-san's own dish cabinet from home. For the opening, they handled everything from painting the walls to the interior and exterior, except for the electricity and gas.
<b>AOSAN</b>Freshly baked English loaves are taken out of the oven one after another. "Speed is key," says Okuda-san.
<b>AOSAN</b>Perfectly baked "English Loaf." The shop was instantly filled with the wonderful aroma of fresh bread.
<b>AOSAN</b>"We've done what we wanted to do, and it's wonderful that the local community has embraced it all," says Okuda-san.
<b>AOSAN</b>In addition to daily staple breads, the shop also offers scones and bagel sandwiches.
<b>AOSAN</b>With no sign, the shop is marked by a large round clock and the park opposite. From the street, you can see bread being baked in the glass-enclosed kitchen. There's also a small cafe space inside.
