<b>AYURA</b> Bikasa Body Massage<br><b>Opening Technique—Opens lymph nodes, facilitating lymphatic flow</b><br>Using the A-shaped protrusion of the Bikasa Body Plate, gently glide from top to bottom over the center of the back of the knee. (5 times)
<b>AYURA</b> Bikasa Body Massage<br><b>Opening Technique</b><br>Using the A-shaped protrusion of the plate, gently glide from the front lower side upwards and backwards along the outer ankle bone. (5 times)
