The first floor of the Lucien Pellat-Finet Shinsaibashi store. This collaboration between architect Kengo Kuma and Lucien Pellat-Finet, following the Tokyo Midtown store, began with Mr. Pellat-Finet's desire for a 'space using natural materials'.
The second floor of the Lucien Pellat-Finet Shinsaibashi store. Aiming for 'soft, warm, organic forms,' it expresses the softness of Lucien Pellat-Finet's cashmere by using organic patterns found on plant surfaces in the architecture.
The third floor VIP room of the Lucien Pellat-Finet Shinsaibashi store. Here, books selected by book director Mitsutaka幅 are available. The lineup, which celebrates life with elegance and humor, synchronizes with Lucien Pellat-Finet's worldview.
The basement of the Lucien Pellat-Finet Shinsaibashi store, the lucien pellat-finet café. Mr. Pellat-Finet and Mr. Kuma's dream of a 'boutique that serves champagne' has been realized. The textures of the upper floors are extended to the basement, creating a mysterious space that feels as if one is enveloped by plant roots.
The exterior also features organic patterns, much like plants. The exterior at night, illuminated, seems to convey a sense of vibrant life.
