Boule Beurre Boulangerie | The "Fruity" is baked with a crisp exterior and chewy interior using rustic dough, generously filled with cranberries and walnuts. Scheduled to be ready at 11:00 and 12:30. ¥270 per loaf.
Boule Beurre Boulangerie | All staff, including Chef Takeshi Kusano's cheerful wife, Naoko, carefully explain the bread.
Boule Beurre Boulangerie | The croissant, named after the shop "Boule Beurre," means "round" and "butter" bread. It has a deep golden-brown color and a rich buttery aroma. Scheduled to be ready at 11:00 and 13:30. ¥140 each.
Boule Beurre Boulangerie | The "Rústico Margherita," with sun-dried tomatoes, fresh basil, and cheese, offers an Italian flavor. Scheduled to be ready at 11:00 (daily special). ¥320 each.
