Nobuhiko Takada on the Taste of Hennessy X.O.|Hennessy X.O. Gallery

Hennessy is made from white grapes from the Cognac region.
The double distillation method, unchanged since the 16th century, extracts the most wonderful natural aromas of grapes and wine.
The carefully selected eaux-de-vie (raw spirit) are aged for many years in French oak barrels.
Since 1800, when Émile Fillioux became Hennessy's Master Blender, the Fillioux family has passed down the art of blending. Pictured is Yann Fillioux, the 7th generation.
Hennessy X.O. is born from blending over 100 different eaux-de-vie (raw spirits).
