A Feast of Beauty Unfolding at the Automotive Festival | TOKYO MOTOR SHOW 2015

“With the release of the 695 Biposto (a road-legal version of the race-specific Abarth 695 Assetto Corse), I’m wearing a strong-themed outfit. Both top and bottom are faux leather, and this time I’m going for an elegant and strong image, rather than a cute one.”
Nokita Kano: Special Skill | Showing interest in what people say
“It’s a vibrant red, reminiscent of Italy and Alfa Romeo, with a feminine feel that makes me very excited. It has a luxurious, elegant atmosphere.”
Hada Ayane: Special Skill | Killer smile
“It’s cool and comfortable to wear. The design is simple yet very well-put-together, with accents on parts like the sleeves, which I find very cute. The key is its intellectual and elegant vibe.”
Sumine: Special Skill | High jump
“The concept is clean and simple. We’re using navy blue, one of BMW’s corporate colors. The one-point accents come in three colors—gold, blue, and red—depending on the model, and the design is by ato.”
Okidate Yui: Special Skill | Can tell a dog's sex just by looking at it
Bosch’s retro-inspired outfit is in white and red, perfectly matching its logo colors. “The red scarf is a key accent.”
Kaori: Special Skill | Has abs
The front features a chic, knee-length sleeveless dress with a high neckline. In contrast, the back reveals a striking design with a deep open back from the neck to the waist, creating a captivating contrast. The large choker also draws the eye. “The theme for Citroën is boldness, so while it looks modest from the front, the back is very daring.”
Kiyose Machi: Special Skill | Beauty mark
“The theme is ‘natural beauty,’ and the design is light and cheerful, matching the booth’s overall tone. We’ve expressed a feminine and girlish vibe using materials like sporty organic cotton.”
Moritani Marin: Special Skill | Eats yakiniku very fast
The DS outfit initially appears to be a simple, sleeveless tight dress that accentuates the body's lines. However, a bold diagonal leather accent at the waist adds a sexy and urban impression. “The booth’s theme is ‘Paris at Night,’ so it has a slightly adult image. The tight dress emphasizes femininity.”
Aikawa Saya: Special Skill | Waist and hips
In front of the Mitsubishi Fuso booth, which features cars in matte black—a trend popular in Europe—the outfit reflects this image. Blue lines add a touch of sexiness. “It has a cool vibe, quite different from other booths, which I find very stylish.”
HAReNA: Special Skill | Singing
“It has a rider-inspired feel, right? I love the cool and sexy vibe. This time, all the models chosen are of the Asian beauty type, very cool girls.”
Takeda Yayoi: Special Skill | Can hold her liquor
“It embodies the long-standing image of Isuzu’s showroom: elegant, pure, and refined. Yet, it also conveys approachability—that’s the image.”

“This is a globally standardized outfit, worn at motor shows worldwide. Reflecting the world of Jaguar, Land Rover, and Range Rover—their concepts, luxury, and sophisticated chic atmosphere—it’s a black one-piece dress. The accessories differ: silver for Jaguar, gold for Land Rover. I really like how it fits and accentuates the body's lines.”

“While inspired by the outfits at ‘INTERSECT BY LEXUS – Tokyo’ in Minami-Aoyama, the style is designed to be casual and friendly. This time, not only women but also men are modeling.”
Kisaragi Sae: Special Skill | Smile
Mazda’s outfit is a black one-piece dress incorporating red, the passionate body color that evokes the ATENZA’s design theme, “Kodo – Soul of Motion.” This creates an atmosphere that blends chicness with passion. The large earrings are also an effective accent!
Aoyama Miho: Special Skill | Loud voice
The Mini companion, originally from Germany with striking blue eyes and fluent Japanese, says, “Since it’s a convertible, it evokes summer. It’s an outfit that makes you want to say, ‘Let’s go to the beach right now!’ It has a fun, bright image.”
Marie Krause: Special Skill | Blue eyes
“The main material for this outfit is sequins. We’re using sequins to express the image of Mitsubishi Electric’s technology and future shining brightly.”
Yumena: Special Skill | Baseball games (Yakult Swallows fan)
“It’s a simple and modern image, with the brand’s iconic color, Nissan red, incorporated into the details. The concept is an outfit that conveys energy within sophistication. It’s made of stretch material, making it functional.”
Yokoyama Yuko: Special Skill | Gets along well with children
Since 2010, celebrating its 200th anniversary, black was added as an image color, and the costume became a black one-piece style. The zigzag hemline of the skirt is stylish, and the navy accents at the hem are also effective. “I think it’s simple, but like the cars, it utilizes curves to create the form, which brings out the femininity.”

Porsche’s outfit is a white polo shirt paired with gray leather pants, creating a simple and casual yet dignified look. The two-toned sneakers complete the ensemble, adding an elegant and composed tone.

In contrast to the chic, subdued top, Renault’s outfit is a dazzling orange one-piece dress. “It’s a very well-made outfit, and the fact that it’s the same design used at motor shows worldwide makes me very happy.”

While many outfits are one-piece dresses, Suzuki’s stands out with its neat pants style. “The staff find tight outfits difficult to move in, so we have a relaxed pants style. It’s based in white with blue, the brand’s image color, incorporated, and I like its clean feel.”

“The booth’s theme is ‘Connecting people and cars with kindness,’ so the design incorporates curves. Following that concept, the outfit also has a gentle feel.”
Sato Rina: Special Skill | Fishing
Volkswagen’s outfit is a clean, white one-piece dress, with the brand logo buttons and silver accents around the waist adding stylish touches. “It’s tailored, so it clearly shows the body line.”
