A Small, Reservation-Only Eatery Opens in Tomigaya, Shibuya | HITOTEMA Gallery

The menu is omakase only, priced at 5,000 yen. The menu is structured so that you feel you've eaten plenty of vegetables by the end.
The one on the left is the August menu.
The owner of HITOTEMA is Naoko, a fashion and food planner.
The interior design was done by Makoto Tanijiri, an architect familiar to OPENERS.
