By Yasuto Shibuya

This groundbreaking sports chronograph merges Cvstos' signature avant-garde design with an exceptionally complex movement. Developed by master watchmakers Pierre-Michel Golay and Jean-Pierre Golay, it features a world-first split-seconds and flying tourbillon complication, incorporating four patents. Notably, its innovative mechanism for engaging the chronograph, which utilizes a linear arrangement of parts rather than gears, is a testament to its ingenuity. The decision to place the main components on the dial side allows for an unobstructed view of the intricate mechanics, a delightful touch for enthusiasts. This is undoubtedly one of the most exceptional timepieces to behold this year.

Manual winding, Élag case x rubber strap, H59 x W45mm, sapphire crystal case back, limited to 5 pieces annually, ¥26,250,000 (estimated retail price), release date TBC
