HARRY WINSTON

Opus 9

Time displayed linearly by two diamond chains

The ninth creation in the "Opus" series, born from a collaboration between Jean-Marc Vacheron, a watchmaker who developed Harry Winston's complicated timepieces such as the "Premiere Excenter Perpetual Calendar," and Eric Giroud, a designer who is also an architect.

The watch features a luxurious mechanism where two chains, each made of 33 baguette-cut diamonds and Mandarin garnets, are embedded on each side of the square case. These chains rotate and move from bottom to top to display the hours and minutes (the left chain indicates the hours, and the right chain indicates the minutes).

Self-winding, WG case x black alligator strap, 56mm x 48mm, limited to 100 pieces worldwide, ¥22,050,000 (estimated price). Release date undecided.
