Wonderful products, a wonderful store, and the wonderful city of Ginza

Store Manager Shinji Fukuoka
In his 10th year at United Arrows. After working in charge of Chrome Hearts at United Arrows Nagoya, he transferred to open the Chrome Hearts Nagoya store in March 2008, where he became store manager. In April 2010, he assumed the role of store manager at the Chrome Hearts Ginza store.

What is the appeal of Chrome Hearts that you feel, Store Manager?

It's difficult to express in a single word, but the more experience I gain, the more its appeal grows. I'm drawn to being involved in the process of establishing this brand as something unique, with aspects that remain unchanged, aspects that evolve, and a coexistence of new and old. It's a brand that stands apart today.

Could you introduce some recommended items?

The "Classic Chain 2 Clip Short" is a chain with a high wear rate among Chrome Hearts staff. I usually wear it with my wallet in private, but I also use it as a keychain sometimes. For work, I switch it out for a card case that holds business cards, so the 2-clip design allows for versatile attachment in various scenes, making it a practical and valuable item.

The belt's buckle and leather strap are separate, so you can choose your preferred combination and easily switch them out to match your outfit or mood for the day. Both the silver material and the leather develop a unique patina over time, fostering a sense of attachment.

The "Alden Buckle Front" I'm wearing today is a remake from a long-established brand. Normally, this monk strap is not part of Alden's lineup. The silver parts, remade to maximize the appeal of both Chrome Hearts and Alden without compromising Alden's form and image, have resulted in a product that could never be achieved by other brands. Furthermore, the use of cordovan and the comfortable fit of the Barrie Last Chukka boots are also key attractions.

The first floor of the Ginza store is dedicated to eyewear, following "Eye Wear New York Shop," and it is the first specialized eyewear floor in Japan. We have a rich variety of products, so please look forward to it.

What are your aspirations and goals for the Ginza store?

The Ginza store, "CHROME HEARTS GINZA," is our third store in Tokyo and sixth nationwide. We have opened in the superb location of Ginza to establish a new position for the brand. I am deeply honored to be able to contribute to creating history alongside the Chrome Hearts brand in this historic city. With wonderful products (the items) and a wonderful store (the space) now in place in the magnificent city of Ginza, we aim to provide a comfortable environment where customers can feel relaxed and receive proposals that meet their expectations. We eagerly await your visit.

Adorned with large, rock-inspired pieces, my personal elegant

Mako Wakana
"CHROME HEARTS GINZA" Sales Staff

Mako Wakana
Vest "Long Studs Tie Suede" ¥275,100

What is the appeal of Chrome Hearts that you feel, Mako?

It's the attention to detail in everything and the sense of tradition.

Could you introduce some recommended items?

I like the combination of dress pants, which unfortunately are no longer sold, and a chiffon blouse, paired with the new suede vest. For accessories, I chose not delicate necklaces or bracelets, but large, rock-inspired pieces to express my personal sense of elegance.

What are your aspirations and goals for the Ginza store?

I am deeply honored to be able to participate in creating a new Chrome Hearts store in the city of Ginza. I want to make it a store that everyone finds beautiful.
