My 1st BALL Watch Campaign

Complimentary Exterior Finishing Service Ticket
During the campaign period, all purchasers of eligible BALL WATCH models will receive a ticket for a complimentary exterior finishing service (normally ¥22,000~). Skilled artisans will polish away minor scratches on the case and bracelet, restoring them to a like-new condition. The service ticket is valid for six years from the date of purchase and can be used once.

Authentic NATO Strap as a Gift! (For First-Time BALL Watch Purchasers Only)
In addition to benefit ①, those who purchase an eligible model during the campaign and become a BALL WATCH owner for the first time will receive one authentic NATO strap. Please select your first and second color preferences from Green, Red, or Blue and indicate them on the warranty request form. The strap will be shipped along with your warranty card.
*The number of authentic NATO straps is limited. We may not be able to provide your preferred color, so please be aware of this in advance.
